01How Our Pricing Works

ClearCost operates on a simple, performance-based pricing model. You only pay when we save you money. There are no upfront fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden charges.

Our success fee is a percentage of the verified savings we secure on your behalf. If we do not save you money, you owe us nothing.

02Success Fee Structure

Our fee varies by the type of document negotiated:

• Utilities & Subscriptions: 20% of verified savings
• Contracts & Service: 30% of verified savings

Success fees are only charged after savings have been verified and you have confirmed the outcome.

No savings means no fee.

03Review-Only Report

If you would like a detailed analysis of your bill, invoice, or contract without negotiation, we offer a flat-fee review report for $4.99.

The review report includes:

• AI-powered scan for errors, overcharges, and red flags
• Detailed breakdown of every issue found
• Actionable recommendations you can use yourself
• No negotiation or provider contact included

Review-only reports are charged at the time of order and are non-refundable once the analysis has been delivered.

04What Counts as Verified Savings

Savings are considered verified once a provider has confirmed a reduction, credit, refund, or improved contract terms in writing. You will be shown the verified outcome before any fee is applied.

Nothing is finalized without your approval. You only pay when you are satisfied with the result.

05Payment

All fees are charged in US Dollars.

Success fees are collected after you confirm your savings outcome. Review-only report fees are collected at the time of upload.

We reserve the right to update our fee structure with reasonable notice. Any active cases at the time of a pricing change will not be retroactively affected.
