You only pay a success fee if we secure verified savings for you.
Our fee depends on the type of bill. We take 20% of verified savings for utilities and subscriptions, and 30% for contracts and service agreements. If you just want a red-flag report without negotiation, it's a flat $4.99.
Most negotiations are resolved within 3–10 business days. Simple utility or subscription disputes can sometimes be resolved in 24–48 hours, while more complex bills or contracts may take 2–4 weeks depending on provider responsiveness.
No. Once our negotiation has begun, clients are prohibited from negotiating independently. You shall not, directly or indirectly, initiate, continue, or engage in any separate negotiations regarding the same matter for the duration of the engagement.

We handle your information securely in isolated environments, never share it with third parties beyond the negotiation process, and delete it from our servers once your case is closed unless you request otherwise.
